Dipping Sauce

  • Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon
  • Water, 1 tablespoon

  1. Prepare 6 slices of thinly sliced beef. Pat dry with kitchen towels to remove any blood.
  2. Season each beef slice with a dash of salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the bell peppers into strips and wash the perilla leaves.
  4. Place a perilla leaf on each beef slice, add strips of different colored bell peppers, and roll tightly.

  6. Start grilling the rolls from the rolled end first to keep them intact.
  7. Lightly oil a pan and cook the rolls over low heat until the beef is done.
  8. Slice the cooked rolls and they're ready to serve.
