Ingredients:

  • Kimchi, 2 cups
  • Pancake mix, 1 cup
  • Kimchi juice, 1/3 cup
  • Water, 2/3 cup
  • Minced garlic, 1/2 spoon

Instructions:

  1. Place the kimchi in a bowl and use scissors to finely chop it. You can use both the leafy and stem parts of the kimchi.
  2. Add 1 cup of pancake mix to the bowl along with 1/3 cup of kimchi juice and 1/2 spoon of minced garlic. The garlic adds an extra layer of flavor to the pancakes.
  3. Gradually add 2/3 cup of water, adjusting the consistency of the batter. If it's too thick, add a bit more water and mix well.
