  • Ssukgat (Crown Daisy), 150g
  • Tofu, 1/2 block
  • Coarse Salt, 1/2 tablespoon
  • [Seasoning]
  • Salt, 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame Oil, 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Sesame Seeds, 2 tablespoons


  1. Prepare 150g of Ssukgat (can substitute with spinach)
  2. Blanch the Ssukgat in boiling water with 1/2 tablespoon of coarse salt for just 3 seconds, then quickly rinse it in cold water.
  3. Squeeze out the water from Ssukgat and chop it into small pieces.
  4. Prepare half a block of tofu and grind 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds finely.
  5. In a bowl, combine the chopped Ssukgat and crumbled tofu.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and the ground sesame seeds.
  7. Mix everything gently with your hands. Adjust the salt to taste if necessary.
