- Quail Eggs, 270g (pre-peeled)
- Water, 1/2 cup
- Soy Sauce, 6 tablespoons
- Sugar, 2 tablespoons
- Oligosaccharide (올리고당 - can substitute with simple syrup or similar sweetener), 2 tablespoons
- Mirin, 2 tablespoons
- Rinse the pre-peeled quail eggs under running water and set aside.
