This delicious stir-fry combines king oyster mushrooms with beef for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- King Oyster Mushrooms, 4 pieces
- Beef, 150g (our Thin Sliced Beef Ribeye Roll works well)
- Onion, 1/2 piece
- Green Onion, 1/2 stalk
- Green Chili Peppers, 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce (for beef marinade), 1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil (for beef marinade), 1 tablespoon
- Fish Sauce, 1 tablespoon
- Sugar, 1/2 tablespoon
- Corn Syrup, 1 tablespoon
- Ground Pepper
- Minced Garlic, 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
- Marinate the beef (150g) with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a bowl.
- Slice 4 king oyster mushrooms to an even thickness, blanch in boiling water for 20 seconds, then rinse in cold water and squeeze out the water.
- In a pan with a bit of oil, stir-fry the beef. Then, add the onion and continue to fry.
- Add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, and then 1/2 tablespoon of sugar while frying.
- Add the king oyster mushrooms and 2 sliced green chili peppers. Stir in 1 tablespoon of corn syrup and cook well.
- Finally, add the sliced green onion, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and a few shakes of ground pepper, and stir-fry to finish.
