Bulgogi is a quintessential Korean dish that features thin, tender slices of beef ribeye marinated in a sweet and savory sauce and grilled to perfection. It is versatile and can be used in a variety of forms such as soups, sandwiches, and even salads.

Here are some recipes using Bulgogi: Bibimbap / KBBQ Empanadas / Bulgogi Ddukbokki / Bulgogi Summer Rolls / Bulgogi Philly Cheesesteak / Bulgogi Jeongol (Stew)

Each pack contains 2-3 portions (1 lb of meat + ~0.3lb of marinade) of premium sliced and marinated beef ribeye roll (uncooked) which can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Net Weight Transparency

At Kmeatbox, we prioritize transparency regarding the precise net weight of the meat in each of our marinated meat packs. Our Bulgogi pack consists of 1lb of premium beef, coupled with our signature sweet and savory marinade, bringing the total weight of the marinated meat to approximately 1.3lbs.

Origin of Ingredients

Our USDA-graded Angus beef is sourced from animals that are born, raised, and harvested in the U.S. under humane and organic conditions, with no added hormones or antibiotics.

Ingredients (Marinade)

Onion, garlic, kiwi, Korean pear, ginger, soy sauce (soy, wheat), sugar cane, sake, black pepper, sesame oil (sesame)

Flavor Profile

Bulgogi has a unique flavor that is both sweet and savory. The marinade, which includes soy sauce, sugar, and garlic, imparts a deep, rich taste to the thinly sliced beef. This creates a pleasing complexity of flavor that is characteristic of Korean cuisine.

Cooking

Preheat a large nonstick pan or wok on high heat. Add the Bulgogi to the pan. It is fine if the meat overlaps; it will cook in its own marinade, which makes this dish almost fail-proof. Stir and cook until the beef is no longer pink, approximately 5 minutes.

Optional: Mix in vegetables like sliced onions, sliced cabbage, or chopped green onions while cooking the beef.
