Bulgogi is a quintessential Korean dish that features thin, tender slices of beef ribeye marinated in a sweet and savory sauce and grilled to perfection. Each pack contains 14-18 portions (7 lb of meat + marinade) of premium sliced and marinated beef ribeye roll (uncooked) which can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
