Delight in its luxurious layers of meat and fat, ensuring a melt-in-your-mouth experience with every bite.  Each pack contains 1 lb (2-3 portions) of premium unmarinated pork belly slices (thinly sliced, uncooked) which can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Origin of Ingredients

Our pork belly comes from Canada's renowned Mujifuji female hogs that have been fed a healthy diet of natural grains, free of Ractopamine, meat and bone meal. Farms are close to the plant and methods of transportation reduce animal stress.

Cooking Instructions

Pan Frying

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add a small amount of cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, add the pork belly slices in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowding the pan. Cook for 30-60 seconds on each side or until the pork belly pieces are are golden brown and crispy. Serve immediately.

Grilling

Preheat the grill to medium-high. Place the pork belly slices on the grill and grill for 30-60 seconds on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy.
