I’ve been looking for someone who delivers this particular cut of beef. Jumped for joy when I got the email they now deliver nationwide! So we ordered 6 lbs and will definitely order again because of the availability and cleaning and processing of the cut. Wish they could get pork mesentary next!?

Thoroughly enjoyed everything and the sesame oil is VERY good. Would it be possible to include leafy greens and shredded scallion to use in ssam? I'm sure there are some logistics involved, but that would make this even more awesome.

I've now tried both the marinated version and this non-marinated version and I can say it's now my favorite cut of beef.

Both are absolutely phenomenal. The ribs fingers might be my favorite of all cuts - I've definitely had it before, but never knew what it was called!

My gosh this pork belly is good

I was fairly surprised at how many slices of pork belly you get with 1lb. Portion was great and the quality was superb. This is the best pork belly I've had in a while.

I've been a regular for a few months and leaving my first review. It's been awesome to have ready-to-cook marinated meats in my freezer.

I was curious but didn't want to get my hopes up when ordering, but this was the best bulgogi I've ever had, hands down. Super tender meat and wonderful marinade.
