Simple and healthy stir-fry.

This brisket and cabbage stir-fry combines simplicity with health, featuring high-quality ingredients. It's a family-favorite dish that brings a touch of luxury to your dining table.
Ingredients:
- Beef Brisket, 200g (our Wagyu Thin Sliced Brisket works well)
- Napa cabbage leaves, 10
- Cheongyang chili pepper, 1 (Bird's Eye Chili / Thai Chili works)
- Oyster sauce, 1 Tablespoon
- Dried chili pepper, a pinch
- Sesame oil, a pinch
- Ground black pepper, a pinch
Instructions:
- Prepare the napa cabbage by slicing the stems thickly and lengthwise.
- Cook the beef brisket in a frying pan.
- Remove the brisket and set aside.
- Stir-fry the cabbage stems in the pan until they become translucent.
- Add oyster sauce and stir-fry, then add about 3 spoons of water and continue cooking for a couple of minutes
- Add a small amount of salt, to taste.
- Add the cooked brisket back into the pan and stir-fry together. Slice one chili pepper and add it to the mix.
- Drizzle a slight amount of sesame oil and sprinkle some dried chili pepper.
- Your brisket and cabbage stir-fry is now ready to served!
