Beef Brisket and Cabbage Stir-Fry

Simple and healthy stir-fry.

This brisket and cabbage stir-fry combines simplicity with health, featuring high-quality ingredients. It's a family-favorite dish that brings a touch of luxury to your dining table.

Ingredients:

  • Beef Brisket, 200g (our Wagyu Thin Sliced Brisket works well)
  • Napa cabbage leaves, 10
  • Cheongyang chili pepper, 1 (Bird's Eye Chili / Thai Chili works)
  • Oyster sauce, 1 Tablespoon
  • Dried chili pepper, a pinch
  • Sesame oil, a pinch
  • Ground black pepper, a pinch

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the napa cabbage by slicing the stems thickly and lengthwise.
  2. Cook the beef brisket in a frying pan.
  3. Remove the brisket and set aside.
  4. Stir-fry the cabbage stems in the pan until they become translucent.
  5. Add oyster sauce and stir-fry, then add about 3 spoons of water and continue cooking for a couple of minutes
  6. Add a small amount of salt, to taste.
  7. Add the cooked brisket back into the pan and stir-fry together. Slice one chili pepper and add it to the mix.
  8. Drizzle a slight amount of sesame oil and sprinkle some dried chili pepper.
  9. Your brisket and cabbage stir-fry is now ready to served!
