This Wagyu Beef Brisket Cream Pasta is a luxurious twist on classic comfort food. The dish marries the richness of wagyu beef brisket with the creamy texture of a classic pasta sauce. Perfect for a cozy dinner, it’s surprisingly easy to make, yet indulgent enough to impress your guests.


  • Wagyu Beef Brisket, 300g (our Wagyu Thin Sliced Brisket works well)
  • Milk, 400ml
  • Heavy Cream, 400ml
  • Spaghetti, 200g
  • Garlic, 7-8 cloves
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Chicken Stock, 1 teaspoon


  1. Prepare wagyu beef brisket (300g), spaghetti (200g), sliced garlic (7-8 cloves), heavy cream (400ml), and milk (400ml).
  2. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with 1 teaspoon of salt for 8 minutes.
  3. In a frying pan, first cook the wagyu beef brisket until it's done to your preference.
  4. Remove the brisket and use half of the rendered fat to fry the garlic.
  5. Once the garlic is golden, add 200ml each of heavy cream and milk, and 1 teaspoon of chicken stock. Bring to a boil.
  6. Season the cream sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Once the spaghetti is cooked, strain and add it to the cream sauce. Cook together for 3 minutes.
  8. Plate the pasta and top with the cooked wagyu beef brisket.
