This Wagyu Beef Brisket Cream Pasta is a luxurious twist on classic comfort food. The dish marries the richness of wagyu beef brisket with the creamy texture of a classic pasta sauce. Perfect for a cozy dinner, it’s surprisingly easy to make, yet indulgent enough to impress your guests.
Ingredients:
- Wagyu Beef Brisket, 300g (our Wagyu Thin Sliced Brisket works well)
- Milk, 400ml
- Heavy Cream, 400ml
- Spaghetti, 200g
- Garlic, 7-8 cloves
- Pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Chicken Stock, 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
- Prepare wagyu beef brisket (300g), spaghetti (200g), sliced garlic (7-8 cloves), heavy cream (400ml), and milk (400ml).
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with 1 teaspoon of salt for 8 minutes.
- In a frying pan, first cook the wagyu beef brisket until it's done to your preference.
- Remove the brisket and use half of the rendered fat to fry the garlic.
- Once the garlic is golden, add 200ml each of heavy cream and milk, and 1 teaspoon of chicken stock. Bring to a boil.
- Season the cream sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, strain and add it to the cream sauce. Cook together for 3 minutes.
- Plate the pasta and top with the cooked wagyu beef brisket.
