LA Galbi (Savory Beef Short Ribs)
Galbi, a traditional Korean delicacy, consists of beef short ribs marinated in a delectable blend of sweet and savory flavors, then grilled until they achieve a sublime balance of tenderness and char. Each pack contains 2 portions (1 lb of meat + ~0.3lb of marinade) of premium marinated beef short ribs (uncooked) which can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Cooking Instructions
Pan Frying
Heat up a large nonstick pan or skillet on high heat. Add Galbi to the pan/skillet, ensuring enough space between the Galbi pieces for even cooking. Sear over high heat and grill for approximately 4 minutes on one side, then 2 minutes on the other side - until they develop a beautiful caramelization. Once the meat takes on a rich golden-brown color, remove them from the heat.
Oven
Set the oven to bake at 450°F. Lay the Galbi pieces on an oven-safe pan, making sure they don't overlap. Bake for 6 minutes, then flip the Galbi pieces and bake for an additional 4 minutes.
Air Fryer
Place Galbi pieces in air fryer basket without overlapping. Cook at 400F for 6 minutes, then flip the Galbi pieces and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
Optional: Galbi is often enjoyed wrapped in red leaf lettuce. The crunchy freshness of the lettuce beautifully offsets the rich, savory flavor of the marinated beef short ribs.
I am satisfied with the quality, taste, and portion. I received 5 slabs of galbi like the one in the photo for one 1lb order of galbi and I think this is a good deal.
Good Galbi
The meat quality doesn't get much better and the marinade was straightforward and to my expectation. Something else to like: the marinade ingredient list is very simple with no MSG or preservatives.
5/5 - meaty galbi pieces that are very tender.
