Honeycombed Pork Shoulder Steak

Honeycombed Pork Shoulder Steak is an unmarinated, thicker cut of pork shoulder that has been scored in a 'honeycomb' pattern to maximize the cooking surface area of the meat. This intricate scoring method allows for more even cooking and encourages more Maillard reaction ('browning' of meat). Each pack contains 1 lb of meat of premium pork shoulder steak (uncooked) which can be conveniently stored in your freezer for up to 3 months.
