Origin of Ingredients
The ducks used for our product come directly from Crescent Farm in Long Island, NY, known for its adherence to top-tier farming standards. Crescent ducks are provided a precise, computer-generated diet that includes corn, soybean meal, and wheat, enriched with vitamins, minerals, and amino acids to ensure their health and the quality of the meat. Importantly, no hormones are introduced at any stage, and antibiotics are never used to aid bird growth. The marinade, which adds depth to the duck's flavor, is made from all-natural ingredients, aligning with our commitment to purity and authenticity in our products.
Ingredients (Marinade)
Onion, garlic, kiwi, Korean pear, ginger, soy sauce (soy, wheat), sugar cane, sake, black pepper, sesame oil (sesame)
Flavor Profile
Our signature savory marinade offers a balanced flavor that is both sweet and savory. The marinade is similar to Galbi and Bulgogi marinades, made with soy sauce, sugar, sake, garlic, onion, and Korean pear.
Cooking
Heat up a large nonstick pan or wok on high heat. Add Savory Marinated Duck to the pan. It's fine if the meat overlaps; it will cook in its own marinade, which makes this dish almost fail-proof. Stir and cook for 7 minutes until the meat is cooked thoroughly.
Optional: Mix in vegetables like sliced onions, sliced cabbage, or chopped green onions while cooking the duck.
I know duck fat is good or less bad for you, but there was still a lot of fat!
