Net Weight Transparency

At Kmeatbox, we prioritize transparency regarding the precise net weight of the meat in each of our marinated meat packs. Our Jeyuk Bokkeum pack consists of 1lb of premium pork, coupled with our signature spicy marinade, bringing the total weight of the marinated meat to approximately 1.3lbs.

Origin of Ingredients

Our pork is sourced from animals that are born, raised, and harvested in the U.S. under humane and organic conditions, with no added hormones or antibiotics.

Ingredients (Marinade)

Red chili paste (wheat), red chili powder, onion, garlic, kiwi, pear, ginger, soy sauce (soywheat), sugar cane, sake, sesame oil (sesame), black pepper.

Flavor Profile

Jeyuk Bokkeum offers a robust combination of spicy, sweet, and savory flavors. The marinade, prepared with gochujang (Korean red chili paste), ginger, and garlic, gives the pork slices a rich, layered taste. This exciting mix of flavors, with its distinct spicy kick, epitomizes the vibrant spice profile beloved in Korean cuisine.

Cooking

Heat up a large nonstick pan or wok on high heat. Add Jeyuk Bokkeum to the pan. It is fine if the meat overlaps; it will cook in its own marinade, which makes this dish almost fail-proof. Stir and cook for 7 minutes until pork is cooked thoroughly and no longer pink.

Optional: Mix in vegetables like sliced onions, sliced cabbage, or chopped green onions while cooking the beef.

Big portion

This seemed like a lot more than 1 lb - it fed 4 adults...not complaining!
