For Ground Beef Marinade:

  • Cooking Wine, 1/2 tablespoon
  • Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar, 1/3 tablespoon
  • Sesame Oil, 1 tablespoon
  • Minced Garlic, 1/2 tablespoon
  • Minced Green Onion, 1 tablespoon
  • Pepper, to taste


  1. Marinate the beef - adjust the amount of soy sauce and sugar to taste.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and pat dry with kitchen towels to remove excess moisture. This helps to fry the tofu more firmly.
  3. Fry the tofu until golden brown with a generous amount of oil.
  4. Push the fried tofu to one side of the pan.
  5. In the same pan, stir-fry the marinated ground beef.
  6. Once the beef is cooked, mix it well with the tofu.
