Ingredients

  • Soft Tofu, 2 packs
  • Brewed Soy Sauce, 130g
  • Purified Water, 130g
  • Plum Extract, 1 Tbsp
  • Sugar, 1 Tbsp
  • Minced Green Onion, 1 handful
  • Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
  • Red Pepper Powder, 2 Tbsp
  • Sesame Oil, 1 Tbsp
  • Whole Sesame Seeds, 1 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, water, plum extract, sugar, minced green onion, minced garlic, red pepper powder, sesame oil, and sesame seeds together.
  2. Carefully cut open the soft tofu packs and drain them on a sieve. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and place them on a plate or in a bowl.
  3. Gently pour the sauce over the tofu in the container and store it in the refrigerator. It’s best served a day later, either on top of rice or mixed with rice for a delicious meal.
