Ingredients

  • Crab Sticks, 10
  • Perilla Leaves, 10
  • Eggs, 2
  • Flour, 2 tablespoons
  • Salt, 1 pinch
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Cooking Oil, as needed

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: wash the perilla leaves, trim off the stems, and pat them dry. Spread 2 tablespoons of flour on a plate.
  2. Coat both sides of the perilla leaves with flour and place a crab stick on each leaf. Roll them up tightly. (Refer to the video for guidance)
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl, adding a pinch of salt and some pepper to taste.
  4. Heat some oil in a frying pan. Dip each roll in the egg mixture and fry them until they are golden brown on both sides.
  5. Once they're nicely browned on both sides, your Crab Stick and Perilla Leaf Rolls are ready to serve!
