Shipping & Handling

We ship all orders in an insulated box with dry ice, via Overnight or 2-Day shipping services.

All meat products are prepared (sliced/marinated), vacuum packed and flash frozen the day before shipping. Prior to cooking, please fully defrost your meat.

Defrosting Guide

We recommend thawing meat fully before cooking. Follow these defrosting guidelines for the best cooking and dining experience!

Premium Pork Belly (Thin Cut), 1 lb total - 3~4 hrs in the fridge
Chadolbagi (Wagyu Brisket), 1 lb total - 3~4 hrs in the fridge

All other unmarinated and marinated meats, 1-1.5 lb packs - Overnight or 8hrs in the fridge
