Ingredients

  • Mini King Oyster Mushrooms, 1 pack
  • Butter, 20g
  • Oyster Sauce, 1 Tbsp
  • Dark Soy Sauce, 0.5 Tbsp
  • Sesame Seeds, a pinch

Instructions

  1. Slice the king oyster mushrooms lengthwise.
  2. Heat a pan and melt 20 grams of butter in it.
  3. Once the butter has melted, add the king oyster mushrooms and sauté.
  4. When the mushrooms are half-cooked, season with 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
  5. Add 0.5 tablespoon of dark soy sauce.
  6. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and mix well.
  7. Your sauteed mini king oyster mushrooms in butter and oyster sauce is ready to enjoy.
